After our panel “Disruptors vs Regulators” at SXSW Sydney, we had the pleasure of sitting down for a post-event interview with Marty McCarthy, a media maker commissioned by SXSW Sydney to capture conversations with keynote speakers and innovators.
Marty’s goal was to create short, high-impact videos for the SXSW audience and beyond and we were honoured to be included. Joining me for this interview was Jad Meouchy, the visionary founder of BadVR, one of the pioneers in immersive data visualization and virtual reality innovation.
Together, we reflected on the session, exploring the delicate balance between disruption and regulation and how emerging technologies like spatial computing and AI can reshape trust, transparency, and opportunity when built responsibly.
